SBK Consultants ("we") explains here what we collect when you use https://sbkconsultants.com/ and our services, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• We keep your name, email, phone and company when you fill in a form, book a call or contact us.
• We count, without names, the pages visited, the time on each, where a visit came from and the general region.
• We receive the messages you type into our AI chat assistant.
• We keep the date, time and topic you choose when you book a call.

How we use it

• We answer your questions and provide the services you ask for.
• We schedule and manage your calls.
• We improve how the website works and reads.
• We send news of our services only with your consent.
• We study traffic to improve the content and the navigation.
• We meet the law and protect our rights.

Cookies and tracking

We use little tracking. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels. Our analytics uses no cookies to follow you across websites.

We may keep a session number in your browser. It helps the chat assistant and remembers your choices during a visit.

On your first visit we set one cookie of our own, named sbk_vid. It holds a random number for this browser and lasts 180 days. We use it to count which post, mail or link brought a visit, and whether the visit led to an email security check or a booking.

If you type your email address into a form here, or book a call, we keep a scrambled form of it beside that number. We never keep the address itself there. Nothing joins your visits across devices except an address you typed yourself. Clearing your cookies removes the number.

The services we use

Umami analytics

We use Umami for website analytics. Umami uses no cookies, collects no personal data and complies fully with the GDPR. Its data is anonymous and counted in totals. No personal information reaches anyone else through our analytics.

Cal.com

We use Cal.com to book calls. When you book, Cal.com handles your name, email and chosen times. Cal.com's own privacy policy governs what it does.

Google Gemini

Our chat assistant sends your messages to Google's Gemini API for an answer. We keep no chat transcript after your visit ends. Google's AI terms govern its use of the messages.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details while we provide services and work together. Analytics data is kept only in anonymous totals. The exception is the visit number under cookies, which holds a random number per browser and no name.

Chat messages are not kept after your visit. You may ask us to delete your personal data at any time.

Your rights

• You may see the personal data we hold about you.
• You may have it corrected.
• You may have it deleted.
• You may stop our marketing messages.
• You may have a copy in a portable format.
